Born and raised in Spain, I grew up surrounded by the rhythm of the kitchen — the smell of slow-cooked sofrito, weekend paella, and my grandmother's croquetas.

I lived in Germany for a number of years. There I learnt the beauty of a Sunday cake, a well seasoned sauce, and to combine my Spanish flair with my mother in law's excellent German cooking.
